For today's Psychic Weather Report, I share some lightworker strategies for dealing with the energy of fear, chaos, and confusion. Spoiler alert: When you're feeling confused and trying to figure something out, it won't happen because the separate/false self can't know or create anything and listening to external "authorities" is a good bet if you'd like to ensure more self-inflicted suffering.
On a positive note: We are inherently gifted with a knowledge of truth that we can access through our bodies and through practice, we can develop the skill of effectively communicating with our bodies, the realms of nature, and universal intelligence. With these skills in our psychic toolkits, we can navigate any situation with strength, clarity, and grace.
